Learning 'Bout Body

Things I'm learning:

-- I basically love most of the foods that I should be eating more of.
-- Potassium, and probably calcium and magnesium, help your body process salt. Don't get enough of them, and you have problems with high blood pressure.
-- 5-HTP, which is a supplement that seems to help Very Much in keeping depressive-ish stuff at bay, may be part of the cause of my high blood pressure.
-- There are about a billion things I can be doing to be healthier.
